We set a fixed contract price before construction starts. You plan your budget around one number from the start.

You put 10 to 15 percent down, and we wrap the construction loan and the mortgage into one loan with one closing. If you have equity in your current home, we can help you put it toward the down payment.

Our goal on every build is to have an initial plan that is so good, we don't need any change orders during the build. The number on your contract should match the number at your closing. That number moves only when you choose to add something, not because we left something off.

A Design And Construction Process With Simple Pricing

Most of our Houston-area homes land between $150 and $300 per square foot. Our current portfolio averages about $213 per square foot. A home with our standard included features runs closer to $180, and a heavily upgraded or smaller home runs closer to $250.

Our recent builds have averaged about 210 days from start to move-in. A smaller home with few changes can finish in about five months. A larger home with late additions has run close to eleven months.

Do you build on a lot I already own?

Yes. We can build on your lot as long as it falls within our build radius. We walk the land and study its conditions before we set your price.

Do you sell land?

We do not sell land. We do keep relationships with people who do, so we can connect you with partners who help you find and secure a lot.

How far does your build radius reach?

We build within about a 60-mile radius of our Pinehurst office, which covers the northwest Houston area and much of Harris County. The map on our where we build page shows the communities we serve.

Do you help with construction loans and financing?

Yes. We wrap your construction loan and your mortgage into one loan with one closing, and we guide you through the financing from the start.
